Pricing
The prices of the lesson packages below apply to one-on-one online Dutch lessons. Are there two or more of you? For each extra student, there is an additional charge of only €10. For face-to-face Dutch lessons there is a €15 charge for travel per lesson.

Payment
You can pay for your private Dutch course in advance or in installments. Paying upfront saves you 5% of the total price. If your employer is paying for your lessons, you can bill your employer directly, or pay under your name.

A private Dutch course takes as long as you want or need. We offer online and face-to-face lesson packages of 12, 24, 48, and 96 hours. You decide on the lesson length (with a minimum of 1 hour) and lesson frequency. We often recommend 2 private Dutch lessons a week to get the most out of it. If you’d like personal advice about the time you’ll need to learn Dutch, get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help you.
You will decide this yourself, together with the tutor with whom you are taking private Dutch lessons. Some of our students simply can’t find the time in their busy lives and that is absolutely ok! We work based on your schedule and not the other way around. If you’re eager on practicing outside of the private Dutch course, you’ll discuss the amount and type of homework that is suitable for you with your teacher.
Many students prefer to follow their Dutch lessons online, because of the convenience they offer. You get to decide together with your teacher which online platform works best for the both of you. This can range from Teams to Zoom to Google Meet.
Yes. Since all of our Dutch lessons are tailored to your language goals, we can easily set up Dutch conversation lessons for you which will be completely focused on speaking. Again, these can be online or in-person lessons.
How long it takes to get from one CEFR level to the next depends the frequency of your private Dutch lessons (we recommend at least 2 lessons a week), amount of homework, your personal affinity with languages, and how much Dutch you speak outside of the online classroom. From our own experience this can range from anywhere between 20 to 40 lesson hours when taking a private Dutch course.
Yes, absolutely. We can set u a personalized, private NT2 Dutch course to help you build the language skills you need. Together with your Dutch tutor, you’ll focus on grammar, vocabulary, listening, writing, reading, and speaking, and use practice exams to help you feel confident and well-prepared for your Dutch State Exam.
Payment is to be made in advance by bank transfer or Ideal. You can pay the full amount of the course either in 1 go, or choose to pay in terms We will of course provide you with an invoice.
Even better: Dutch lessons are completely tax free as determined by the Dutch government. Easy as that!
Definitely. All we need are your company’s invoice details and the email address of the person handling finances. The invoice for your Dutch lessons will then get sent directly to them.
Lesson credits are valid for 3-9 months, depending on the package you choose. Within these 3-9 months you have the freedom to schedule lessons when and where you want, making it possible to pause your course for a few weeks should that become necessary. Simply can’t find a way to complete your course in time? We’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities of extending your credits whenever necessary.
If your goal is to speak with confidence we’re here to help. To learn effectively you need to embrace making mistakes and truly become interested in what you’re trying to learn. Our tutors create a safe learning environment and guide you towards exercise material that is relevant to your personal interests.
Lessons take place online, or at your home or office. Whichever you prefer. If you’re the adventurous type, some of our tutors are happy to show you the city during your Dutch lessons as well.

The platforms we use vary from Google Meet to Zoom to Teams. It’s really up to you and your teacher to find one that fits both of you best. In terms of content, through use of screen sharing, combined workspaces and the like we’re able to offer a learning experience much like face-to-face lessons. All with the benefits of being online.
During your intake you can decide when and where you want lessons. You also decide lesson length and frequency, though we do recommend 2 lessons of 1.5 hours each week for the best results. Lessons are planned directly with your tutor and can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance.
We’ll always try our best to find a tutor for your preferred time and location. If we can’t find a fitting tutor, we’ll suggest alternative lesson scheduling.
Yes. Finding the right chemistry is key. That’s why we find it important that you get to know your tutor. If your tutor’s style isn’t a great fit, let us know. We’ll pair you with a new tutor free of charge. We’ll always help you find the perfect replacement so you can make the most of your lessons.
Our first question would be: how much homework do you want? Some of our students simply can’t find the time in their busy lives and that is absolutely ok! We definitely can! Our teachers have plenty of experience with preparing students for their Dutch language exams. We can determine your current level together before the start of the online course, where after we help you gain the knowledge you still need to pass your exam.
Don’t worry, you won’t. Our Dutch lessons can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be billed in full. Also, you can decide your own lesson time, so lessons will always be convenient in your busy schedule.
We offer the possibility to choose a 10-, 20-, 40-, or 90-hour lesson package. As you decide on the frequency and length of your Dutch lessons, your course length can vary from 2 weeks up to 9 months. That’s up to you! Your lesson credit is available for 4-9 months depending on your lesson package. Each package includes at least 6 weeks more than necessary, so you have plenty of time to complete your Dutch course.
